Вчера ввечеру поработала ледоколом и очистила свою любимую верандочку от льда-снега!
Все, теперь она опять готова  к моим прыжкам на батуте, чаепитиям, загаранию и приветствиям солнца (надо уже себя наконец заставить!)!

Из прочитанного вчера:
1. Zumba - fitness dance. Уже хочется его и услышать и попробовать! (о таких ингредиентах как cumbia  и calypso) слышу впервые! IT'S A GREAT WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT, INCREASE STRENGTH AND CO-ORDINATION, AND TO FOSTER SELF-ESTEEM AND PURE HAPPINESS! IT'S TOTAL, POWERFUL, MIND-BLOWING ENERGY!
2.... being in a happy relationship is going to keep you looking younger... being ina happy marriage or indeed ANY SOCIAL SUPPORT SYSTEM, has a protective effect on  our health and our looks... it's not so much the fact that you are divorsed that will give you wrinkles, it's how you deal with it! IOf you are divorsed and happy? then YOU LOOK GOOD!... if  you learn to cope with stress, and learn to accept your body, then  you can not only change the way you think, but the way you look, too.

 If you think education is expensive, try ignorance.
